Annapurna Circuit Trek is the most popular trek in Nepal, it offers fairly easy days of walking through ever more exotic scenery. Annapurna region is home to ten different cultural groups in a wide range of agricultural and climatic regions. Around Annapurna circuit trek, begins at 1100m and ascends some 300 – 500m a day to each overnight stop. The largest village is Manang (3540m) a Buddhist community in the rain shadow region behind the Annapurna Range. The highest point is Thorung La (5416m) – the trail drops to a comfortable 3760m at Muktinath for the night. This is an important Buddhist and Hindu pilgrimage site overlooking the vast Kali Gandaki Valley. From there a road follows the gorge until you leave it at Tatopani (hot springs) and trek over the hills to Ghorepani and a sunrise view of the range from the south at Poon Hill. From there, the trail gradually drops to 990m at Pokhara: where you can relax at your lakeside hotel and enjoy the tranquil beauty of Phewa Lake.

Annapurna base camp trek, which begins at 1,090m, climbs to 4,130m at ABC. It is fairly demanding, but is suitable for beginners or adventure trekkers: provided you are reasonably fit and walk slowly up the higher slopes. From Pokhara, a bus will take you to Nayapul from where you will walk, from ridge to river over many ridges, as the trail gradually climbs past villages and terraced farmlands or bird-filled forests of rhododendron, oak, maple and pine. Annapurna sanctuary trekking open high ground is rewarded with outstanding views of high peaks and glaciers in the area.

Annapurna region trekking has little chance of suffering from Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) on the up route as the daily stages have been chosen to limit your altitude gain to 300 – 400m/day above 3000m; and with time to rest afterwards. Accommodation is plentiful and apart from Nepali food, many places offer Tibetan, Continental, Italian and Indian dishes: plus hot showers.Spring and Autumn are the best season to trek, though Mountain Mart Trek-adventure team make it happen for season comfortably.

Annapurna base camp trekking route has two Base Camps (Machhapuchhare and Annapurna) in the huge Sanctuary amphitheater. Here, at 4,000m, you will be surrounded by an immense and breathtaking wall of rock and ice from 6500m to 8,091m.The quicker down-journey requires only two nights; with a visit to the hot springs at Jhinu Danda, on the second day. The last day’s trek takes you to the bus at Phedi and a drive to you lakeside hotel in Pokhara.

Everest Base Camp trek has drawn adventurers since Mount Everest was first surveyed in the late 19th century. Mt Everest known as 'Sagarmatha' in Nepal and 'Chomolungma' in Tibet is popular dream destination among all adventure lovers. Everest Base Camp trekking is slightly demanding and requires a fair level of fitness before you begin. Most of the trail lies at the altitude over 3 000m, it is also essential that you trek slowly to avoid the possibility of AMS.

Mount Everest trek
starts from Kathmandu after a short 35 minutes flight to the Tenzing-Hilary airport at Lukla (2642m). After the scenic mountain flight, the trek start through Sherpa villages and farmlands gradually rises to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) where few nights spend for acclimatization (to be familiar with altitude). During the rest days, we explore the large Sherpa village at Khumjung and experience their lifestyle, beliefs, skills and warmth. The Prayer flags, Chortens, Mani walls and Monasteries justify to the importance of Buddhism in their lives throughout the wilderness.

Everest Base Camp trek beyond Namche continues with several ups and downs and the trail continues to higher altitude where the night-time temperatures down to zero. You will get opportunity to explore the alpine vegetation. Finally, the one way trekking destination ends at the base camp of Everest or climbing the Kalapathar hill. Staying in the lodges and capturing the world's highest towering peaks, we hike back to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.

Everest Base Camp hike is popularly known as EBC trekking is possible all most all year around but the best season for this trek is spring and autumn. During these two seasons, panoramic views of mountain including Everest and other several peaks are possible and the weather is good to trek.
